What are Cash Cards?
Cash Cards is a program utilizing local and national merchants open to anyone.
You order cash cards in the form of gift cards that you spend instead of cash.
When you shop at the hundreds of merchants using your cash cards, they reimburse
our school a percentage of the sale. It's that easy.
You help St. Mary’s Prep just by shopping at places you shop at anyway!
You can purchase Cash Cards 7 days a week.
How to purchase cash cards:
Walk-in – You can come in to the school office M-F
during school hours and pick up any cards we have in stock and/or place an
order for others. You will need to fill out the
order form and attach cash
or a check made out to Saint Mary's Prep.
Send home through your child – You can print and
fill out this
order form
and send it to school with your child. You can use the clear envelope we
provided in the beginning of the school year or any other envelope. We
will fill your order and send it back home with your child, or you can
pick it up when it is ready (please indicate your choice on the form).
Only paid orders will be sent home. You will receive an email notification
when the order is sent home with your child.
Weekend masses – You can purchase cards after any
mass on the weekend. They are sold at the cash card table in the Church
Narthex. The cards we have in stock can be picked up immediately, other
card orders can be placed as well.
Anytime on-line at SMP website - Place an order
here at our online
website and pickup later or have them sent home with your child. At
the end of this order you can pay with your credit card online ( 3%
processing fee) or choose the option to pay at pickup (no additional fee).
Anytime on-line at Great Lakes website - Place an
order online at Great Lakes website and pickup them up later, or have them
sent home with your child. Go to
www.shopwithscrip.com and click on family sign up. Create your account
with few easy steps, your email address and our school code: 69F6L6883893.
This process is directly linked to our school account. Each time you place
an order we get notified and we can fill it immediately and send it home
with your child or have it picked up. Also you can setup Presto Pay which
is an option to have the total amount of your order directly taken out of
your checking account (39 cents fee) and be automatically deposited into
the SMP account.
When it comes to the rebate % we will always give you the %
indicated on our SMP order form because we get some of the cards directly
from the stores ex: Shop Rite is 5% even though Great lakes has it listed at
4%. We also have some local stores ex: Anthony & Sons at 10%.

Do I need to participate in this program?
Each SMP family is required to earn $300 in profit from all their Cash Card
purchases ( or use the buy-out option and pay $300)
How can I track my progress?
If you want to track your profit by yourself here is a
simple spreadsheet
or an
advance tracking calculator that will
help you do so. Remember to fill out an order form each time you place an order
and make sure it gets recorded in school or at church after mass. We will keep
track of your orders and send a status update to you in October, January and May
with your family totals.
